Q: What excites you?
So many things! A beautiful house. Interesting people. I truly love helping people. Nothing makes me happier than when a client from a year ago contacts me to ask for a designer referral or who to call for a landscaping issue. I want to be their go-to resource. I love being the expert who helps save the day.
Q: What constitutes a luxury real estate experience?
Satisfaction and enjoyment. I want my clients to feel good about the real estate journey we took together, whether it was buying, selling, or both. I want them to feel pampered. The best thing a client has ever said to me is, ‘You are our go-to person.’ That confidence in my abilities and knowledge makes me so happy.
Q: What motivates you?
I want every client to feel like a friend. I want them to feel that I took good care of them. I want them to say to their friends, ‘You can’t use anyone else. Call Debbie.’
I am also excited to be mentoring and coaching new agents to learn how to build a business that is much more than simple transactions. It is the perfect opportunity to use my knowledge of both real estate and marketing to help someone else in my field…so rewarding!
